Shipping policy

All orders are currently fulfilled and shipped via Gelato. Delivery times vary by destination: UK orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be sent back within 30 days of delivery. You will have to cover the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty.

Please note that custom-made or personalised products may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
